UNDERSLUNG MOVABLE SCAFFOLDING SYSTEM

The Movable Scaffolding System (MSS) is a self-launching solution designed for the efficient span-by-span construction of cast-in-place concrete superstructures in both continuous and simply supported bridges. Engineered for maximum versatility, it accommodates various bridge cross-sections, including Double-T, U-shape, single Box, multi-cell Box, Box with struts, and composite sections. These can feature constant or variable depths, with span lengths ranging from 20 to 70 meters, all without the need for intermediate supports.

Our MSS System is Built for Adaptability, Capable of Handling:
  • Bridges with variable radii of curvature (≥ 250 meters)
  • Different pier heights
  • Diverse bridge support configurations

For enhanced efficiency, the MSS can be equipped with an Internal Formwork Rolling Wagon, also known as a Collapsible Hydraulic Form-Trolley, enabling seamless formwork operations and reducing construction time.

We offer MSS in two models: Underslung and Overhead. While both models serve similar functions, the choice between them depends on the specific configuration of the bridge and the constraints of the construction site. The Underslung model is particularly advantageous in scenarios where the bridge design or site conditions present unique challenges.

With our engineering expertise and tailored solutions, we ensure that each MSS system is optimized for maximum performance, safety, and cost-effectiveness - helping you deliver your bridge projects faster and more efficiently.
